Purchase was easy. Shipping was fast! Took only 2 days to receive. Product was exactly as described. Installation was less than 5 minutes. Only thing I did wrong was once I put the filters in I moved the tanks around too rapidly and some ink spilled, so move slowly and steadily once the filters are installed. Good printing on 1st try. I did notice quite a bit of air in the tubes from the tanks to the cartridges, and it took approx 10-12 cleaning cycles to remove the air from the tubes. But printing - both b/w and color is great! Photos are just as good or better than with the HP cartridges. Looking forward to not having to buy the expensive HP cartridges again! Great product. Thank you!
